Craniosacral Study & Practice Circle

The Craniosacral Study & Practice Circle is a space for practitioners and students to deepen their relationship with touch, presence, and the subtle language of the body.

This is not a class in the traditional sense.
It is a collaborative learning environment rooted in direct experience, curiosity, and refinement of perception. It's a space to create a community and culture of healers who are interested in stepping away from our nightlife culture and looking to engage in a healthy, positive learning environment.

Together, we explore the principles and practices of Craniosacral Therapy through hands-on exchange, observation, and shared reflection.

Who is this For?

  • Students currently studying craniosacral work

  • Practitioners wanting to refine their skills

  • Bodyworkers, massage therapists, and somatic practitioners

  • Those drawn to subtle, nervous system-based healing work

Whether you are early in your training or more experienced, this space meets you where you are.

What We Practice

  • Guided stillness and grounding

  • Exploration of foundational holds and techniques

  • Emphasis on listening rather than doing

  • Partner exchanges (giving and receiving sessions)

  • Verbal processing and integration

We may also explore elements of somatoemotional, allowing space for the body’s deeper expressions to emerge and be met with presence.

The Intention

This circle is a place to:

  • Slow down and refine your touch

  • Build confidence through repetition and feedback

  • Develop sensitivity to subtle rhythms and patterns

  • Learn to trust what you feel

  • Be in community with others on a similar path

Rather than striving for perfection, we focus on cultivating awareness, relationship, and embodied understanding.

A Note on Approach

The work we explore is gentle, non-invasive, and rooted in respect for each individual’s process.
There is no pressure to perform or “get it right.”

This is a space to practice, to listen, and to grow.
