I help people feel safe in their body and trust their inner guidance.

I am a somatic practitioner, scholar, and lifelong student of the healing arts. My path began early, with yoga in childhood, and has unfolded through years of embodied inquiry into movement, touch, mind–body therapies, and the ongoing dialogue between structure and fluidity within the human system.

My work is rooted in listening—listening to the body, to subtle patterns, and to the intelligence that lives beneath words. At Whole Earth Healing Arts, I blend gentle manual therapy, movement, and energetic awareness to support balance and harmony within your unique human design. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It is relational, responsive, and grounded in the present moment.

I support individuals and small groups in reconnecting with their innate wisdom, not as an expert who fixes, but as a guide who helps create the conditions for insight, reorganization, and healing to emerge. I am deeply inspired by human potential—not as an abstract ideal, but as something profoundly accessible when we are given the space to slow down, feel, and listen.

The body offers a rare and powerful opportunity to work in real time. Through dialogue, presence, and gentle hands-on work, we invite the nervous system to settle, release old patterns, and reconnect with its natural vitality. This process is often subtle, but deeply meaningful—an unfolding rather than a forcing.

My intention is to offer a sense of trust, stability, and belonging, so you feel safe enough to explore what is ready to shift. I work with people of all ages and across a wide range of human experiences. I am a generalist by both nature and curiosity, meeting each person exactly where they are, without agenda.

This work is for those who are ready to listen. It is not about becoming better or fixing what is “wrong.” It is about becoming more honest—in your body, your relationships, and your life. If you are tired of carrying things that were never yours to hold, this work is designed to meet you there.

I am currently in the advanced training track at the Upledger Institute, working toward certification through a multi-year apprenticeship. I hold a B.A. in Holistic Education from Goddard College, with a focus on The Inner Child: Holistic and Transformative Education. My background also includes study in Touch for Health, a form of energy kinesiology that works with systems and pathways to restore balance, as well as professional credentials as a massage therapist.

I’m a traveler by nature and currently reside in Bend, Oregon. I love what I do and I look forward to meeting you.
